If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, within 14 days from the date you receive it, you can return the item(s) or apply a full refund, subject to conditions and exclusions below:
Return and Refund
The products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after received.
Please consult customer service team (email@example.com) before returning item(s). Customer service is happy to help you to troubleshoot the issues.
To be eligible for full refund, returned items must be in new condition, sealed in the original packaging, and must not have any installation marks or signs of use.
Please provide photo/video proof of defects if there is any. If your order includes multiple items, only those that have been confirmed with our service team are eligible for return or refund.
A RMA (Return Material Authorization) number is provided if the item(s) are eligible for return/refund.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Refund will be processed once the item is confimed to be eligible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 1-5 days for bank transaction.
Defective or damaged items can be exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
Defective products can be returned and repaired within 1 year after purchase. Return of products that have been dissembled or modified by unauthorized repairing work will not be accepted. Please contact us first for any quality issue.
If the issue(s) were not caused by customer, item(s) will be repaired/replaced at our cost. We will be responsible for all shipping fee if order is within 30 days, and return shipping if order is within 1 year. Customer will be responsible for all shipping fee if order is over 1 year.
We'll select the nearest warehouse for returns. Please contact customer service before returning.
Shipping fee is nonrefundable. Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
Consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are shipping item(s) over $75.
