Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is everything to us. That's why returning products back to Litlit is fast and easy! We provide 1 year warranty for all products. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, within 14 days from the date you receive it, you can return the item(s) or apply a full refund, subject to conditions and exclusions below:
The products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after received.
Please consult customer service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) before returning item(s). We are happy to help you to troubleshoot the issues.
To be eligible for full refund, returned items must be in new condition, sealed in the original packaging, and must not have any installation marks or signs of use.
Please provide photo/video proof of defects if there is any. If your order includes multiple items, only those that have been confirmed with our service team are eligible for return or refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Refund will be processed once the item is confimed to be eligible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 1-5 days for bank transaction.
Defective or damaged items can be exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
Defective products can be returned and repaired within 1 year after purchase. Return of products that have been dissembled or modified by unauthorized repairing work will not be accepted. Please contact us first for any quality issue.
If the issue(s) were not caused by customer, item(s) will be repaired/replaced at our cost. We will be responsible for all shipping fee if order is within 30 days, and one-way shipping if order is within 1 year.
We'll select the nearest warehouse for returns. Ship the item in original package or equivalent to the return address provided. Please contact customer service before returning.
Please read the following tips when you return an item:
1. Always consult our customer service before returning. Returns without notice will not be accepted.
2. Consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are shipping item(s) over $75.
3. Shipping fee is nonrefundable except for cases with quality issue(s).
